Unwanted goods If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 8 days of receipt of the goods (bespoke items cannot be returned). The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging if possible, and at your expense, whether or not packaged. Complaints Procedure We take complaints very seriously and thus if you have a complaint you are advised to contact us by e mail in the first instance In the case of e mail complaints your query will be dealt with within 2 (two) working days of receipt of that mail. We will keep you informed by e-mail, telephone or fax if you have left a number while we investigate your complaint. Giving a timescale for the expected satisfactory conclusion.

Shipping and handling, Post and packing is not included in the price and is calculated by weight or volume and added to the order form for all England & Wales mainland destinations, other destinations (worldwide) will be quoted a Shipping and Handling cost before despatch

Despatch We aim to despatch your order the same working day if ordered before 1pm and if we have the items in stock and available.

Delivery Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DPD or Haulier. Small items are sent via Royal Mail (normally 2 working days). Medium sized orders are sent with DPD, Large orders are sent via Palletways or Haulier. A signature will be required on delivery, England & Wales mainland Delivery will be between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (not UK public holidays) NOTE We only attempt delivery twice, further attempts or changes of delivery address after despatch will be charged at cost. Delivery charge is calculated on item weight or volume. Three charge rates apply for England & Wales Mainland delivery. You will normally receive your order 1-2 working days from order, however, some items may from time to time take longer. In these cases we will contact you to advise you on the situation. Delivery to other countries is available and an approximate charge is shown in the basket for European deliveries please ask for a quote for countries outside the EU Delivery Schedule
